1This is an application for the termination of bargaining rights held by the responding party brought pursuant to section 63 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995 ch. 1 ("the Act"). A representation vote has been held, and there are no challenges to the persons who cast ballots. The votes have been counted.
2There are two issues to be determined: whether the application was served properly and the allegations with respect to the use of the telephone and fax numbers of the employer by the applicant.
3The Registrar is directed to list this matter for one day of hearing to deal with all outstanding issues in this application.
