2By letter dated August 23, 2001 counsel for the applicant requests that this matter be scheduled for hearing with three other Board files (being 0759-01-U, 0760-01-U and 1021-01-U) involving these same parties. The matter is referred to the Registrar to schedule this application with the other three applications. The panel scheduled to hear these matters can determine how best to proceed.
3Counsel for the responding party also requests productions. As no responses have yet been received, the responding party is directed to include in its response submissions on its position with respect to the applicant’s production request. The Board will consider the matter following receipt of those submissions.
