1The Board has received an application for reconsideration from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 773, copies of which it certifies it has delivered to the parties to this application. The applicant and responding party are directed to file their responses to this application for reconsideration on or before October 30, 2001. In their submissions the parties should also respond to the request from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 773 that it be given intervenor status in this application, and the request that this application (assuming it proceeds) be combined with Board File Nos. 1739-01-R and 1740-01-R. If the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 773 wishes to respond to these submissions, it shall do so on or before November 5, 2001.
2I will remain seized of this application, at least for the purpose of determining the issues raised by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 773 in the application for reconsideration, prior to any hearing.
