The parties agree to the following:
Violence against employees is a legitimate topic to be raised at Health and Safety Committee meetings. It is appropriate for committee members to make recommendations concerning violence against workers.
The employer acknowledges that training in the Emergency Response Plan will take place in accordance with the terms and provisions of the plan in September 2002.
By March 30, 2002 all staff will receive comprehensive explanations of the Emergency Response flip chart.
Based on the above minutes of settlement, the Inspector and the Ministry of Labour acknowledges that these minutes of settlement constitute compliance with the orders which are the subject matter of this appeal.
The OLRB shall have jurisdiction over any matter arising out of these minutes of settlement.
The parties request the Board issue an order with the respect to the above minutes of settlement.
