DECISION OF THE BOARD; May 24, 2001
1. The Form B-21 was incorrectly filled out. In fact the documents were sent by regular mail on May 14, 2001 by the applicant. It is the Board’s practice to allow additional time for such delivery by regular mail and therefore the documents should have been noted as been delivered at a later date.
2. In relation to the correspondence sent by both the York Catholic District School Board and counsel for the Ontario English Catholic Teachers’ Association the Board agrees that May 18, 2001 may be used for the purpose of determining the period of time to file and deliver a response.
