This is an application for review under section 68 of the Employment Standards Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. E.14, as amended (“the Act”) of Order to Pay No. 58974 issued by Employment Standards Officer Gaye Cotter on February 28, 2001 (“the Order”).
The application is withdrawn by leave of the Board. The amount held in trust is to be distributed as follows:
to Mr. Ahsan Ali, the sum of $441.11 ;
$149.54 is in respect of statutory deductions;
$100 to be retained as the Ministry’s administration fee for payment in due course into the Ontario Consolidated Revenue Fund.
