DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 14, 2001
A conference telephone call was held with counsel on Friday, December 14, 2001. In the course of that conference call, the Board ordered the Ottawa Construction Association to provide a copy of the Notice (delivered to the parties by letter dated December 10, 2001) to all its members, and to all past members for which it has addresses, by regular mail, as soon as possible. One half of the expense of this mailing is to be paid by Labourers’ International Union of North America, Local 527 to the Ottawa Construction Association. The hearings will resume on January 7 and 8, 2002.
