This is a referral of a grievance to the Board for determination under section 133 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995. This matter is scheduled to be heard on October 17, 2001.
Counsel for the applicant has written to the Board seeking an order compelling Kraft Construction Ltd. (“Kraft”) to produce “all drawings for the Sachigo Lake Project.”
Having reviewed the grievance and the grievance referral, the Board directs Kraft to produce all drawings for the Sachigo Lake Project to the applicant on or before October 12, 2001.
