DECISION OF THE BOARD; September 5, 2001

1. This is an application for the termination of bargaining rights of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Construction Council of Ontario pursuant to section 126.2 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995. S.O. 1995 ch.1 (the "Act"). The application was filed on April 12, 2000. The application has not proceeded for some time; the applicant provided particulars as directed on June 1, 2000. Nothing appears to have been done since that date.

2. The Board accepts that it is responsible for some of this delay. The applicant is directed to advise the Board what it wishes to do with this application on or before October 10, 2001. Failing any response from the applicant, the application will be terminated.
