DECISION OF THE BOARD; May 2, 2001
1The Board, by decision in this matter dated March 29, 2001 directed a representation vote and made other interim decisions. The Board noted at paragraph 9 of that decision that
This panel of the Board remains seized with dealing with any matters arising out of this decision or in relation to this application and the May 2000 decision of LIUNA transferring the Kapuskasing Area from Local 491 to Local 607.
The vote was conducted by the Board on April 7, 2001. The Board assumes that the parties have taken the steps contemplated by paragraph 8 of that decision as neither the parties nor any persons affected by this proceeding have advised the Board of any issues remaining that require disposition by the Board at this time
2Under the circumstances, the Board hereby adjourns this application sine die. Unless a party or person affected by this proceeding requests that the Board proceed with this matter within one year from the date of this decision, it will be deemed terminated
