DECISION OF THE BOARD; September 6, 2001
- These are applications pursuant to section 68 of the Employment Standards Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. E-14, as amended. The workplace parties have entered into Minutes of Settlement dated September 6, 2001. Having regard to the Minutes of Settlement, I hereby order:
(i) that the wages paid to the "Director in trust" in relation to Board File No. 3024-00-ES be disbursed as follows:
to be paid to the Employer $1,774.16
to be paid to the Employee $1,500.00
(ii) that the administration fee as set
out in the Order to Pay be retained
by the Government of Ontario
Consolidated Revenue Fund $ 327.42
total amount held by the Director $3,601.58
(iii) that the application in Board File No. 3213-00-ES is hereby withdrawn.
- The Ministry of Labour, a responding party to the applications but not a signatory to the Minutes of Settlement, shall have ten working days from the date of this decision to request, if necessary, that these matters be relisted for hearing.
DISPOSITION
- In the absence of a request described in paragraph 2, these matters shall be deemed to be terminated.
