1This is a Ministerial Reference pursuant to section 3(2) of the Hospital Labour Disputes Arbitration Act (the “Act”).

2The Board was advised that the employer and the trade union have agreed upon the terms of a collective agreement and ask that the hearing scheduled for September 26, 2001 be cancelled.

3The hearing is hereby cancelled and this matter is terminated unless the Minister directs otherwise within the next 10 working days from the date of this decision.
