In the matter of OLRB File #0453-01-U re Randy Rittenhouse, the parties agree as follows:
The parties agree that the above noted application is adjourned indefinitely pending a final determination in both Mr. Rittenhouse’s WSIB claim and his complaint under the Human Rights Code.
For purpose of clarity, the parties and Mr. Rittenhouse hereby confirm that OLRB File 0453-01-U will not be brought back on until the WSIB claim and complaint under the Human Rights Code have had final determinations including but not limited a final decision of a Board or tribunal, withdrawal, or complete or final resolution of both matters.
The Release attached shall not be re-activated unless and until OLRB file 0453-01-U is brought back on.
