DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 19, 2001
Further to the Board’s decision dated November 27, 2001 and after considering the submissions filed by the parties in this matter, the Board directs the Manager of Field Services to arrange for the counting of the ballots cast in the representation vote on October 12, 2001.
The Board notes that there are a number of outstanding issues which have been raised by the intervenors. The Board directs the Registrar to set this matter down for 2 days of hearing.
