DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 10, 2001
1. This is an application filed under section 69 and 1(4) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”). It was filed on November 28, 2001.
2. By letter dated December 7, 2001 the applicant requests leave of the Board to amend its application to add two other responding parties, Haley Industries Limited and Trimag L.P.
3. The request is granted and Haley Industries Limited and Trimag L.P. are hereby added as responding parties.
4. In view of this decision, the terminal date in this application is hereby extended to December 24, 2001 to allow for responses to be filed by those added as responding parties.
5. The matter is referred to the Registrar to forward the Confirmation of Filing, Confirmation of Posting and Notice to Employees to the responding parties that have been added.
