DECISION OF THE BOARD; May 14, 2001
1By letter dated March 2, 2001, Ms. Qing Liang made allegations in respect of violations of the Employment Standards Act (‘the Act’).
2The Registrar advised Ms. Liang by letter dated April 3, 2001 that her application could not be processed as it did not comply with the Board’s Rules of Procedure. The Registrar further informed Ms. Liang that she had ten (10) days from the date of his letter to file a proper and completed application, and failure to do so may result in her application being terminated. To date no further letters or documents have been received by the Board in respect of this matter.
3This application is hereby terminated.
