DECISION OF THE BOARD; July 6, 2001
1The Board has now received submissions from the parties pursuant to its direction of May 31, 2001. The responding parties ask that the applications be dismissed against some or all of them. The Board hereby directs that the applicant respond to the submissions of the responding parties on or before July 20, 2001. The Board will decide after reviewing all of the submissions if the applications, or any parts thereof, should be dismissed.
2The parties should also be advised that the panel undertook inquiries with respect to Board notices which were sent to Spectrum Construction Services Inc. at 125 Durham Street South in Sudbury prior to 2001. It appears that any notices would have been sent by regular mail. It is not now possible to determine whether any such notices were returned if such information was not placed in the file. There is no such information in the file.
