Decision
1By letter dated June 7, 2001 the applicant requests to amend the name of the responding party. The name of the responding party is hereby amended to add Manners Glass Services Limited and Manners Glass & Door.
2The applicant indicated that if necessary it relies on section 1(4)/69 of the Act that all of the above named responding parties are one employer for the purposes of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the "Act").
3The applicant further advised that the Corporation Profile Report for Manners Glass Services Limited shows an address of 150 Rivalda Road, Unit 9, North York, M9M 2M8. The applicant asks the Board's records be amended accordingly. The applicant advised the telephone and fax numbers are the same for all the responding parties.
4After the Board has received an amended certificate of delivery (Form A-75) indicating that the additional responding parties have been served with the application and the documents pursuant to the Rules of Procedure, at both locations, this application will be reprocessed. The vote scheduled for Monday, June 11, 2001 is hereby cancelled. The application date will remain as May 31, 2001. New vote arrangements will be forwarded when this application is reprocessed.
5The responding party is directed to post copies of this decision immediately, in a conspicuous locations where it is likely to come to the attention of the employees affected aby this application.
