DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 13, 2001
1. It has come to the Board’s attention that there was an error in the Board’s decision in this matter dated December 10, 2001. In paragraph 12 of that decision is an erroneous reference to paragraph 10 of the same decision. The reference should have been to paragraph 9.
2. The Board’s decision dated December 10, 2001 is hereby amended accordingly.
