DECISION OF THE BOARD
1Having regard to the agreement of the applicant and the responding parties, Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation and Greg McGillis, the application as against those responding parties is hereby withdrawn with leave of the Board.
2Having regard to the agreement between the applicant and Canadian Union of Public Employees and its Local 5678 the application is hereby adjourned sine die for a period not exceeding one year. Unless within that time either party requests that the Board proceed with the matter, it will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
