DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 26, 2001
It has come to the Board’s attention that there is an error in the Board’s decision dated April 25, 2001 and that there are errors in the attached “Notice of Vote and of Hearing”.
The Board therefore hereby amends its decision dated April 25, 2001 to reflect the fact that the vote will be held on April 30, 2001 (not April 27, 2001). The “Notice of Vote and of Hearing” attached to this decision should also replace the previous “Notice of Vote and of Hearing”.
The employer is directed to post copies of this decision and of the attached “Notice of Vote and of Hearing” adjacent to all copies of the Board’s decision dated April 25, 2001 posted previously. These copies must remain posted for 30 days.
