1. This is a certification application. By decision of October 4. 2001 the applicant was certified as the bargaining agent for a unit of employees of the responding employer (“the employer”).
2. A letter has been received from counsel for the employer, dated October 9, 2001. Although dated after the Board’s October 4 decision, it appears to have been written without regard to that decision. The letter makes representations concerning the conduct of the vote. Nothing in the letter causes us to alter the decision of October 4.
