DECISION OF THE BOARD
1This is an application for certification made pursuant to the construction industry provisions of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995 ch. 1 (the "Act"). The only issue that appears to be outstanding is the status of the two disputed individuals.
2Two days' hearing will be scheduled, although one is probably sufficient, to minimize the cost of attending the hearing. The Board expects that if there are documents or other types of records that either party anticipates that it will wish to have produced by the other at any point in the proceeding, the parties will turn their minds to what those documents or types of documents might be and to arrange for production before the hearing. If need be, the Board can deal with production requests in writing prior to the hearing.
3The Registrar is directed to set two days for the hearing of all issues remaining in this application.
