DECISION OF THE BOARD; May 7, 2001
- This is an application under section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”) alleging a violation of section 74. The parties have now resolved the matter by entering into a memorandum of agreement as follows:

The parties agree that the following terms constitute a full and final settlement of all issues in dispute in this matter, and jointly request that the Board issue this Memorandum as a consent order:
The Respondent shall distribute to every member, to the best of its ability, a copy of each of a) Executive Summary of the Section Report and b) Dictum Audit Executive Recommendation and c) Good Points from the Dictum Audit (4 pages), on or before May 31, 2001.
The Respondent shall pay the Applicant the sum of $150.00 as reimbursement of costs incurred and wages lost in pursuing this matter.
The Respondent regrets the course of events which has cause Jack Byrne to feel that he has been treated unfairly, resulting in damage to his reputation.
