DECISION OF THE BOARD
1In its decision of August 21, 2001, the Board (differently constituted) issued a decision directing the applicant to file and deliver submissions by no later than August 28, 2001, and indicating that the failure of the applicant to make timely submissions would result in the dismissal of the application without further notice. That same panel of the Board issued a subsequent decision on August 27, 2001 extending the time for the filing and delivery of the applicant’s submissions to September 4, 2001.
2The Board has not received any written submissions from the applicant within the time frame stipulated in the decision of August 27, 2001.
3Accordingly, the application is hereby dismissed.
