DECISION OF THE BOARD
1This is an employer’s request for review of an Order to Pay. The workplace parties entered into Minutes of Settlement, on March 8, 2001. However, the employer was also seeking the return of all or part of the administrative fee. Only recently have those arrangements been finalized. By letter dated June 6, 2001, The delegate of the Director, Employment Standards indicated that the administrative fee would be reduced to $750 and that the remainder of the administrative fee, $2,350.55 would be returned to the employer shortly.
2Having regard to the workplace parties’ Minutes of Settlement dated March, 8, 2001, the Board directs the Director, Employment Standards to distribute from the monies being held in trust, $7,500.00 to Ms. Glassford and return the remainder, $23,505.57 to the employer.
3This matter is terminated in accordance with section 69.1 of the Employment Standards Act.
