DECISION OF THE BOARD; November 29, 2001
1This is an application under section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”).
2The parties have resolved some of the issues in dispute and have agreed on a process for the remainder.
3The Board hereby grants leave of the applicant to withdraw its allegations in respect of conduct directed towards the union’s inside organizer, Ms. Chantal Hurtubise, contained in paragraphs 4 through 17 inclusive and 29 through 44 inclusive of the application.
4Having regard to the agreement of the parties the balance of the matters in dispute are hereby adjourned sine die for one year or until such sooner time at which the parties are able to conclude a first collective agreement. If either party does not request that this application be brought on for hearing within one year, the application will be terminated without notice.
