DECISION OF THE BOARD; October 25, 2001
1By decision dated September 28, 2001 the Board (differently constituted) directed the applicants to file submissions no later than October 22, 2001 in response to the motions of the responding party locals that this application ought to be dismissed as untimely.
2The Board has not received any submissions from the applicants pursuant to the Board’s decision of September 28, 2001. Accordingly, the applicants are hereby directed to file and deliver written submissions as to why, in the absence of any valid reason advanced by the applicants as to why the application was filed more than two years after the events complained of occurred or came to light, the application should not be dismissed without further notice to the parties.
3The submissions are to be filed and delivered on or before November 1, 2001, failing which the application will be dismissed without further notice.
