- This is an application pursuant to section 68 of the Employment Standards Act. The workplace parties have entered into Minutes of Settlement signed by the employer on June 5, 2001; signed by the employee on June 1, 2001 and signed by the Ministry on June11, 2001. Having regard to the Minutes of Settlement, I hereby order:
(i) that the wages paid to the "Director in trust" in relation to this matter be disbursed as follows:
to be paid to the Employer $100.00
to be paid to the Employee $294.16
(ii) that the administration fee as set
out in the Order to Pay be retained
by the Government of Ontario
Consolidated Revenue Fund $ ∅
total amount held by the Director $394.16
DISPOSITION
- This matter is hereby terminated.
