1The Board is in receipt of a request for reconsideration in this matter.
2The Board is of the understanding that the bargaining unit described, as revised by the trade union, is the exact parallel to the existing full-time unit. If this is accurate, there ought to be no difficulty in the Town filing its response in accordance with the Board’s direction of July 20, 2001. Regardless, the Town ought to file its response and note any continuing difficulty it has with the bargaining unit description in that response.
