Decision
This is an application under section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the "Act") alleging violation of sections 70, 72 and 76 of the Act.
At the end of the first day of hearing, March 21, 2001, the Board was advised verbally that the application had been withdrawn. Although the Board has apparently not received a written withdrawal for its records, it has no reason whatsoever to doubt the verbal information conveyed.
Accordingly, in order to close the matter, the Board hereby grants leave to withdraw this application.
