1This is an employee review of a decision by an Employment Standards Officer not to make an Order to Pay against the responding party, Collect Com Credit Inc.
2By notice dated March 13, 2001 the Registrar of the Board advised the parties that the hearing in this matter was scheduled for May 24, 2001 at 9:30 a.m. at the Board’s offices in Toronto.
3At 9:30 a.m. on May 24, 2001 the Board convened for the hearing. The applicant was not present and accordingly the Board stood down, as is its usual practice, to 10:00 a.m.
4At 10:00 a.m. the Board reconvened. The applicant was not in attendance. Accordingly, the Board orally dismissed the application.
5This decision confirms the Board’s oral decision.
