DECISION OF THE BOARD
1It has come to the Board’s attention that there is an error in its decision dated December 10, 2001. As is apparent from the Board’s decision, wherein the Board noted the parties’ agreement with respect to the bargaining unit description, the Board reviewed the responding party’s response before it made its decision dated December 10, 2001. Paragraph 3 was included in the decision inadvertently.
2Accordingly, paragraph 3 of the Board’s decision is hereby deleted.
3As indicated by paragraph 5 of the decision forty per cent or more of employees in the bargaining unit appear to be members of the applicant. In accordance with section 8(3) of the Act, the Board referred only to the material filed with the application in determining whether the applicant appeared to have the required support.
4Under all of the circumstances, the Board directs that the polls remain open from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
