Decision of the Board
1This is an appeal under section 61 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O. 1 of the orders issued by Inspector K. Leo Tse on August 24, 2001 in F.V. 918322. The Inspector issued three orders that are the subject of the appeal.
2The appellant and the Ministry of Labour reached an agreement by which the appellant one of the three orders issued by the Inspector is rescinded and the appellant withdraws its appeal in respect of the other two orders, having already complied with them.
3Having regard to the agreement reached between the appellant and the Ministry of Labour, this appeal is withdrawn at the request of the appellant.
