- This application for certification was filed on November 8, 2000. The parties appeared at one point to be content with one further day of hearing. It now appears that such a date cannot be scheduled before November 2001. The parties who have not already done so are directed to advise the Board of the following on or before July 13, 2001:
(1) What issues remain outstanding in this application?
(2) If a party believes that one or more issues cannot be dealt with by way of written submissions, why not?
(3) If the issues can be dealt with by way of written submissions, what would an appropriate timetable be, having regard to possible holiday plans over the summer?
