1. The applicant and the intervenor in this matter have agreed to adjourn this grievance sine die pending the filing of an application concerning work assignment by the intervenor.

2. The responding party has failed to file a Request for Hearing and Notice of Intent to Defend/Participate.

3. In the circumstances, this matter is adjourned sine die for a period not exceeding one year. Unless within that time either party requests that the Board proceed with the matter, it will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.

4. The hearing in this matter scheduled for August 22, 2001 is hereby cancelled.
