DECISION OF THE BOARD; August 14, 2001

1. By decision dated August 7, 2001, the Board dismissed OPSEU’s motion to have this application dismissed without a hearing.

2. By letter dated August 9, 2001, the applicant wrote to the Board as follows:

I would like to inform the Board that I wish to no longer continue the matter between OPSEU and myself “Mr. Tony Olivieri” in regards with my grievance and find OPSEU’s motion to dismiss the application without a hearing acceptable. I am content and also give my thanks to the Board for there [sic] cooperation.

3. Having regard to the above correspondence, this application is withdrawn with leave of the Board.
