DECISION OF THE BOARD
1The style of cause is hereby amended to reflect the correct names of the responding parties: The Ontario Provincial Conference of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers; and The International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers; and The International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers, Local Unions, 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 12, 20, 23, 25, 28, 29 and 31.
2The Board is in receipt of correspondence dated October 1, 2001 from counsel for the union requesting a direction from the Board for the production of documents and a letter dated October 18, 2001 from counsel for the applicant in response. Having regard to the response by counsel for the applicant, the Board will not issue a pre-hearing production order unless counsel for the applicant renews her request. It would appear that a dispute may exist between the parties as to the date from which production is appropriate. Accordingly, if such is an issue, it should be addressed by counsel when renewing her request for a pre-hearing production order.
