The applicant requests an extension of the thirty-day period mentioned in paragraph 8 of the Board’s decision dated May 10, 2001 in order that he may seek legal advice with respect to filing a new application. In the Board’s view, the 30-day period provides the applicant with ample time to seek legal advice and file a new application if any. The thirty-day period does not include weekends or Board holidays. The applicant’s request is denied.
