DECISION OF THE BOARD; May 3, 2001
1This is an application to terminate bargaining rights. By letter dated May 3, 2001, counsel for the applicant advises the Board that none of the required postings have been effected by the employer. Accordingly, it is likely that the notice of vote and the Board’s direction ordering the vote have not come to the attention of those employees who may be entitled to vote.
2Having regard to these circumstances the date of the vote as contained in the Board’s decision of May 2, 2001 is hereby cancelled and rescheduled to May 9, 2001.
3Brickland Masonry Contracting, Member of Masonry Contractors’ Association of Toronto Inc. is ordered to post forthwith the Application, the Notice to Employees of Application for Termination of Bargaining Rights, the Board’s decision of May 2, 2001 and this decision.
