The applicant, responding party, and intervenor International Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Iron Workers, Local 721 have entered into Minutes of Settlement. These Minutes provide that the applicant seeks to amend the bargaining unit description sought in the application to delete any references to “all rodmen and rodmen’s apprentices”. The responding party and intervenor consent. Unless the intervenor, Labourers International Union of North America, Ontario Provincial District Council objects on or before May 15, 2001, the Board will amend the bargaining unit description as agreed by the other parties.
