0943-01-G; 0947-01-G The United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, Local 46, Applicant v. Lisi Mechanical Contractors Ltd., Responding Party.
BEFORE: David A. McKee, Vice-Chair.
DECISION OF THE BOARD; July 10, 2001
The Board has received two letters from the responding party in these applications. The letters were received after the Board had rendered decisions in either file based on the failure of the responding party to file a Notice of a Request for Hearing. The Board’s decisions were faxed to the responding party at 12:23 p.m. on July 6, 2001. The responding party’s letters to the Board were received on July 6, 2001 at 1:22 and 3:52 p.m.
The Board’s decisions are final and the hearings have been cancelled. If the responding party wishes to make a request for reconsideration of the July 6, 2001 decisions, it should do so in the proper manner. The Board has the power to reconsider a decision at any time. However, the responding party should review the Board’s Rules of Procedure and Information Bulletin No. 19. The deadline for the filing of a reconsideration application in this matter would be no later than August 3, 2001.
I am not seized of this matter.
“David A. McKee”
