DECISION OF THE BOARD
1The Board is in receipt of correspondence from counsel to the applicant indicating a number of issues the applicant wishes to pursue. The Board declines to deal with the request set out for amended relief in paragraph 9 of Schedule “A” to the application in isolation. However, it appears that the applicant maintains its position that International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local 6, 7 and 25 have no status to participate in this proceeding. The Board will deal with that issue by way of written submissions.
2International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Locals 6, 7, and 25 are to file written submissions as to their status to intervene on or before July 31, 2001. The International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers shall file its submissions, if any, on or before August 10, 2001. The applicant will respond on or before August 31, 2001. Any response by Locals 6, 7, and 25 shall be filed by September 10, 2001.
3Hearing dates will be set after that issue is decided.
