1These are applications under section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c.1 as amended ("the Act").
2Counsel for the applicant advised the Board that these matters have been settled and requested on the parties’ consent that the hearing dates scheduled in these matters be cancelled.
3Having regard to the agreement of the parties to cancel the hearing dates fixed by the Board, the Board hereby adjourns these applications sine die. Unless either party requests that the Board proceed with these matters within one year from the date of this decision, they will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
