This is an employer appeal filed under the Employment Standards Act (‘the Act’) of a decision of an Employment Standards Officer.
By letter dated April 6, 2001, the Registrar advised the applicant and her counsel that the application appeared to be untimely and was not properly made. The applicant was further advised by the Registrar that if her appeal was timely or if she wished to seek an extension of time she was to do so within 10 (ten) days of the date of the Registrar’s letter. No further correspondence has been received.
Having regard to the above circumstances, this application is hereby terminated.
