1This is an application filed pursuant to section 68 of the Employment Standards Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.E-14, as amended, requesting review of an Order to Pay No. 58728 dated December 15, 2001.
2By letter received from the Board on September 26, 2001 the applicant requests an adjournment of the hearing scheduled for September 27, 2001 due to the fact that his wife has been hospitalized and is very ill. The applicant has obtained the consent for the adjournment from the Ministry of Labour but advises that he has been unable to contact the responding party either by phone or in person.
3Having regard to these circumstances, the hearing scheduled for September 27, 2001 is hereby adjourned and referred to the Registrar for re-scheduling.
