This is a purported appeal of a decision of an employment standards officer filed under the Employment Standards Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.E-14, as amended.
By letter dated November 9, 2001 the applicant advised the employment standards officer that he wished to appeal his decision. He then appears to have forwarded that correspondence to the Registrar by facsimile transmission on November 15, 2001. In any event, by letter dated November 15, 2001 the Registrar sent a letter to the applicant advising him that the application was not properly filed and allowing him ten (10) days in which to file a proper application.
No application has been filed within those time limits and the application is hereby terminated.
