1This is a certification application. A representation vote was ordered in a decision on June 20, 2001. The responding employer has filed a reconsideration request. The representation vote is to occur on June 22, 2001.
2A decision will be made on the reconsideration request. However due to the urgency of the matter and the merits of the reconsideration request, the Board will vary its decision of June 20, 2001 by requiring that the ballots cast in the representation vote be individually segregated and not counted. The ballot box will be sealed.
