DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 30, 2001
The Adjudicator/Referee has received correspondence from Teames/Parkdale indicating that the other parties have agreed to extend the date by which particulars must be filed in this matter to June 11, 2001. However, Teames/Parkdale requests that the date be adjourned to July 6, 2001. While I am reluctant to give an extension longer than was agreed to, or, it appears, specifically requested, I have decided to do so in this case to forestall the necessity of more correspondence on this issue. I am also mindful of the reasons for which Teames/Parkdale is seeking this extension.
The date by which Parkdale/Teames must file the particulars ordered in my decision of December 6, 2000 is hereby extended to July 6, 2001.
