DECISION OF THE BOARD
1In its decision dated July 31, 2001, the Board wrote:
Local 79 requests particulars of the circumstances of members affected by the conduct alleged in the application. Before the Board determines whether to order such particulars, the applicant shall have three days from the date of this decision to advise the Board whether it objects to the filing of the particulars and also, its reasons for doing so.
2The applicant has not filed any submissions with the Board. As the applicant has not indicated any objection to the filing of particulars requested by the responding party in paragraph 9 of its response within the time frames fixed by the Board, pursuant to the above direction, the Board orders the applicant to provide those particulars in writing within two weeks of the date of this decision, or within such further period of time as the parties may agree upon and advise the Board.
